  2. I went for my first postop check up today Preop 475lbs. DOS(1/28) 450lbs. 2/8 421lbs

  5. Ummm sushi! One of my fav foods. There is a local restaurant that makes it fresh and does custom orders, I am hoping they have something low-carb I can enjoy then!

  7. I am only 9days postop but I know exactly what you are talking about. One day it's one thing then the next day it's something completely different. Everything that you mentioned sounds pretty normal so far, if any thing concerns you too much you can always call your dr or your nut and se what they say. To be honest finding this place has helped am a lot!!

  9. I was told by my family doctor that if you have a medical reason for the arms, like sores and rashes from extra skin rubbing that the will cover it
  10. Mine does that too if I drink to fast, but I am still on all liquids till Saturday, then I get semi-solids and purees.
  11. I'm not sure why but pudding is actually on my full liquid list..... I think it's funny that everyone get a different time frame and approved food list for recovery after this surgery
  12. I told everyone I could, but I also work in a call center. And because everyone where I work is inactive most of the time there was actually a bunch of other people who already had the surgery. For the most part everyone was happy and excited for me. The only part I am worried about is when I go back, I don't want everyone watching what I eat when I go back.......

  15. The no smoking part was the hardest for me, I am 9days post op today and I still think about a cig every now and then. But it is getting better every day! Keep up the great work, I am sure you will make it!!
  16. No guacamole this weekend, but I am looking for way to an egg for Breakfast with a little salsa on it.
  17. I love this show!! I can't wait for Sunday, not only is it my first semi-solid day but The Walking Dead is the best!M
  18. Yea my pillow was all I took and I was so happy I did. Wish I would of thought of something for my eyes, that was so annoying being woken up every hour.
  19. I used water flavor packs (like crystal light) as long as it wasn't plain water I was fine
  20. The food smells get me the most......
  21. Congratulations on doing so well, can't wait to see the future updates
