  1. I too had to wait 6 months and was able to lose 50lbs pre-op. I have zero regrets and at 6 months out I have lost 128 lbs. Good Luck!
  2. Most surgeon's either have a diet plan to follow or have nutritionists in their offices.
  3. My doctors office has an in house nutritionist who helped me come up with a low carb, high protein diet. Then 3 weeks before surgery I switched to 2 to 3 protein shakes a day with a small meal consisting of 4oz lean protein and veggies. I was able to lose 50lbs pre-op.
  4. Unjury chocolate splendor is really good, but you have to buy them online. GNC isn't bad, a lot of people like the protein shakes from Walmart, it's all trial and error as well as personal taste.

  15. Congrats, protein shakes are really a personal taste thing, I would get a few different samples and try them...
  16. How about using skim milk plus? The added Protein may fill you more and last longer! Good Luck you can do this!
