Pre-Surgery Diet Shake Substitutions?

My surgery is in 2 weeks, and I start my per op diet tomorrow. Any suggestions on alternatives to the shakes they sale at the doctors office. They are totally gross and make me throw up. Is there anybody who didn't drink the protein shakes before surgery???

Unjury is awesome. I also bought unflavored and use Torani sugar free syrups to change up the flavors...

Unjury chocolate splendor is really good, but you have to buy them online. GNC isn't bad, a lot of people like the protein shakes from Walmart, it's all trial and error as well as personal taste.

I'm with you, I'm having trouble with the shakes. I get one sip down and I throw it back up almost immediately. The first 3 days of the pre-op liquid diet weren't too bad, but today is the 4th day and I'm feeling hungry and I have no energy. I know I need the protein, but I don't have money to keep buying expensive protein drinks just to turn around and throw them up. My surgery is on Monday and I'm worried how the lack of protein will affect me.

Trim fit from GNC the chocolate Peanut Butter is pretty good. To me it didn't have that Protein after taste
