  2. Great I had my surgery on 10/10/12 and am down 119lbs, I couldn't be happier! Good Luck to you!!
  3. Wow that sucks! My surgeon provides post op services (including nutritionists) for 5 years after surgery. That seems strange because just after surgery is when you have the most questions and concerns about what you should and shouldn't be eating. I would call back and ask to speak to the dr.
  4. Relax! I also hate pain meds.. I was sleeved on a Wednesday and stopped using them by Friday evening. You can do this!
  5. I eat Pure Protein bars that you can buy at Walmart, they have 20 grams of protein and 2 grams of sugar.i didn't start eating them until at least 2 months post op.
