  1. Congrats on your awesome weight loss! I was sleeved on 10/10/12 and have lost 108lbs so far, my highest weight was 338 -- I would like to be at least 159lbs (normal BMI). So that would make me a little over halfway there...
  2. One month will go by very quickly -- Good luck on your journey to the new you!
  3. Wow you look great! Congrats!
  4. You should be fine, bring your protein drinks and don't even think of eating ice cream. (your poor insides will most definitely make you pay for it and not in a good way)
  5. I used to put it in the freezer, so it was semi-frozen..and a better consistency.
  6. I don't think you are actually starving, you may want bread(more than likely, its head hunger), but I wouldn't think that would be a very good idea. Call your NUT and ask what your options are, this too will pass...
  7. Nope plain yogurt, says "plain yogurt" on the front.
  8. Congrats!!
  9. I had the sleeve on 10/10, it was one of the best decisions that I have ever made. The bypass was not really a choice for me as I tend to be anemic and the bypass would only make that worse. The lap band needs way too many adjustments for my busy lifestyle (work full-time, school at night and have 2 small children) Plus I was back to work in a week and was able to take care of my family again in just a few days! Good luck in whichever you choose!
  10. Wow you look great! Congrats!
  11. Good Luck and safe journey!
  12. I was back to my desk job in a week. Good Luck!
  13. I really like Pure Protein chocolate deluxe you can get them at Walmart or Target.
  14. I too couldn't even look at the shakes post surgery, my dr recommend protein bars. I have a pure protein bar (20 grams of protein and 180 calories) for breakfast every morning. Maybe they are worth a try...
  15. Holy moly you look awesome and 20 years younger!
  16. Have a safe journey and Good Luck!
