Picture Progress, Still a ways to go

The picture on the left is my "before" picture at 296 pounds, my highest weight pre-op at the beginning of this past November. My surgery was November 19, 2012. The picture on the right was taken yesterday 2/3/12 with me weighing in at 220 pounds. In less than three months, I am starting to see a lot of physical changes! Woo-Hoo. I still have a long way to go before meeting my goal weight of 150 pounds, but I thought this was an appropriate time to share my "progress pictures."

That is very common. A combination of the drugs and lack of input brought my system to a halt for quite a while. It eventually kicked in.
