Emotions of defeat?
Same happened to me. I will be a month out in 2 days. But the first 2 weeks I was kinda depressed. I cried a lot and then got kinda angry. We soon later found out it was from withdrawals . So I had to get back on my meds immediately . You will bounce back. Congrats!

Feel awkward being called skinny
My family and friends also say it to me and it kinda idk... "Pisses me off" because yea I've lost 65lbs but I have huge issues with all this. I look in the mirror and see something totally different than what other people see. I don't like people saying things that I'm not I guess. Idk

Thinking of food makes me nauseous
aylalinngren1026 replied to Readyforthisjourney-Jen's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&AHi, I got sleeved march 11th and its so hard to eat something NOTHING sounds good. Makes me sick thinking about food also. But smells are good. Like ill think of a food or see a good food, but I won't go for it cause It makes me sick. You shouldn't be on protein shakes still. Don't you go through the stages? J/w the only think I've been "wanting" is meat! Steak-hamburger-ham etc.lol

Im freaking out
Omg! I got sleeved 3weeks ago and that didn't happen to me. You need to tell this to your anesthesiologist and he/she will make sure it doesn't happen . I've had a couple surgeries and that has never happened. Hope everything goes well!

And by doing this have you girls gained weight? Just wondering. Put a reminder or something on the table and make sure you take a half hour to 45 min to eat ladies . Keep me posted on your success .- VERY ITCHY!
So my surgeon took all my band aids off my wounds yesterday and my largest hole stings and my other ones are kinda " irritated" and very itchy! Is this normal! - Spicy buffalo pretzels!
