How is your water intake? could be slight dehydration.

I had dry skin preop but since I'm drinking water it's gotten better except my hands. I wash them nonstop so I put on lotion nonstop lol.

Very normal. There are lots of threads on dry skin. Make sure you are getting in your Water. And Palmers cocoa butter was recommended to me on here and it has been a godsend! I love it! It smells good and leaves your skin so soft! :)

I was very dry as well. Lips kept chapping I increased my water and bought better loation

you may not be eating enough fat you need to eat some or you will get dry skin and other health problems

Diets very low in fat will make your skin dry eat Healthy fats olive oil nuts avocados
