Sleevers over 300lbs?
I find what works for me has been using my fitness pal. As long as I'm diligent in using it and track my calories I stay on track and consistently lose. Life this summer has been hectic, including an out of state move, and the last two months I haven't been using it. Guess what, not only have I not lost any weight, I've gained 8 lbs when I got I the scales yesterday! So today, I'm back on it. I've logged my food, packed my lunch and healthy snacks, and measured all my food. I've worked so hard to get this far, and I'm determined that scale isn't going any further the other way! I'm of the opinion I know what I need to do and how to do it. If I don't and resort to old habits (which is sooo easy to), then the sleeve is if no benefit to me. I'm so close to goal, and I'm determined to get there!

Comfort zones, true weight plateaus
I have been struggling with the same 5 lbs for the last 2 months! I'm now .4 away from -150 and just can't seem to motivate myself to get back on the wagon. I'm not gaining, but I'm not losing either. I'm not stalled, I've gotten complacent. I've quit walking during my lunch hour cause it's so dang hot (excuse). I've quit logging my foods and counting my calories (my fault again). I'm in a funk and can't seem to drag my butt back into gear. I can completely sympathize, but know the fault is in myself. I know what I need to do, I just need to do it! lol

Does anyone eat pizza?
I absolutely have pizza. I'm 13 months out, and I've learned not to restrict myself from foods I love, but change them to a healthier alternative. I will take a flat out kidz wrap, and throw it on my pizza stone for about 5 minutes to start to crisp it up. Then I take it out and put sauce, low fat part skim mozzarella crumbles, Hormel turkey pepperoni (these are fabulous), and then whatever veggies I want on it. Throw it back in the oven until the cheese is melted. I can eat about 1/2, and my kiddo eats the other 1/2 as a snack. He loves them except for when I put mushrooms on it lol. Sometimes I make a regular pizza but press out my dough to a thin crust and use whole wheat. Occasionally I will have pasta. I like the healthy Harvest line. It's whole wheat but turns white when you cook it. My kid doesn't even know he's eating something healthy! Don't get me wrong, I do try to avoid carbs but when I don't, get a benefit out of them and only do whole wheat. If I want a sandwich I buy the thin rounds, use 1/2 and it's only 50 calories and whole grain. Soooo, lol, point being...I don't deny myself, I just look for ways to change it up

Restriction?
When you start getting solids in you, you will feel the restriction.

Year out what do you eat on daily basis?
I am a year out 3/1. I eat chicken...lots of chicken lol. Fresh fruit and veggies, lots of salad. I eat a low fat string cheese and cucumbers for snack almost every day. I skimp on carbs. If i do eat carbs, then whole grain only. I limit myself to 800 calories a day and shoot for a minimum of 60 grams of protein.

Mexico Vertical Sleeve
Mexico is a great option for those of us that decide to go there. I had a good surgeon, and even though I had surgery in a clinic I had a private nurse..so that was a perk. The price made it a reality for me. 121 lbs down and feeling great!

who is getting comments from friend/family your getting to skinny?
My date told me my a$$ looked good in my new jeans last night. I don't think I'll ever get tired of hearing compliments...even if it is your getting too skinny. It's a lot better than oh you could be so pretty if only.. or but, you have such a pretty face... bring on the skinny talk! )

I am sending mine to a thirift store in New Orleans which is run by and benefits VRC (aka Pit Bulls and Parolees). They were too nice to just donate to Goodwill, and at least this way the money will benefit their organization and the doggies

Craving Pizza? Low Carb Flatout Pizza
I make the same thing but use Hormel turkey pepperoni. You get 17 pieces for 70 calories and 9g of protein I have a pizza stone, and heat it in the oven, then throw my flatout (I like the multigrain) on it for about 5 minutes. I pull it out, put my sauce and toppings on it, and bake it until the cheese is bubbly. It makes the crust super crispy! I can only eat half, but my kiddo is always happy to eat the other half as a snack. It's great and I don't have to feel guilty about it

Im at the jiggly belly stage. You?
Geeez I'm glad I'm not alone. Down 107 lbs and it amazes me that my belly button has turned into a black hole. I thought I lost my belly button ring the other day but nope...just got sucked into the black hole. I have a tattoo above it of a butterfly... looks like a bat now that hit the windshield of a car going 90 mph! LOL

The annoying new habits that came to be with my sleeve...
I have become pretty obsessed with mine too. I can't believe where my ass can go these days...movie theater seats without lifting the armrest, a ride at the fair, the jeans at the stores I've never shopped at before. Me, my ass, and my sleeve have a pretty good threesome of friendship going on...it's a first lol

Insomnia Post-op?
I had a month and a half or so of this. Drove me nuts! lol, but I eventually readjusted.

Surgery a year ago and have not lost much!
Ensure? That's a first I've heard that. I'm sure it's probably got a lot of sugar and carbs? so that might be part of your problem. I do a premier protein shake..their pretty good considering. A hamburger? Not the best idea but I'm not judging...we ALL have our moments. Sounds like your not keeping track of what your eating? I use MyFitnessPal and it's a lifesaver! Watch out for little things...a pat of butter on your broccoli, a dab of salad dressing, coffee creamer...all those 40 calories here and 25 there really add up when your eating X calories a day. I would suggest sticking to lean protein and fresh veggies...no carbs. I've logged everything I've ate and drank for the last 8 months. I compared what I ate (carbs, protein, etc) to my biggest weight loss months (I chart and graph everything... I'm a dork...I know) but it helped. It's hard to know what your doing wrong until you know what works and what you did right. Once you figure that out, stick to what works best for you
