But with time I wouldn't notice but i would pinch here and there and I was eating more then I should! It wasn't till I noticed that I wasn't losing weight, I wasn't gaining but I wasn't losing, Ur body gets use to eating so fast, u really need to be strict with urself! Thats what I'm doing now, its very very hard but I just don't want to go back to how i was!
  3. After my surgery I wasn't hungry at all, it wasn't till like 2 months after when I started eating food! I did small amounts cus that's all my stomach fit but little by little I started feeling hungry. I would serve my self small amounts but I would pinch here and there! 18. Truth: I don't know much about the whole carbs and calories but I don't eat and breads, cookies nor tortillas! I eat cooked chicken, love my broccoli, and an ensure shake a day!
  19. It's been a year since my surgery and I only lost 50lbs! I have been eating very good and I'm scared! I don't want to go back to the weight I had and scared I'm making my stomach stretch and making it bigger! Right now I can eat a whole hamburger, a few weeks after my surgery I couldn't, I barely would eat a 1/4 and I would be very full! With time I feel I'm able to eat more and more! I don't know what to do! I'm trying to exercise as much as I can and eating somewhat good! I'm at this alone and don't have no one to talk too! Am I the only one going through this problem?
