Frustrated Sleever Post Op Day 9!
Please don't be frustrated, the first few weeks are the hardest!! Stop weighing yourself daily, your body weight fluctuates daily. V8 is full of sodium, that would definitely affect your weight. Try to relax your body has just been thru a major surgery... give it and yourself sometime. Good Luck!!

Easing my body into the liquid diet. Help!
I did the same thing, shake for breakfast 4oz of Protein with salad for lunch and the same for dinner. Then 3 weeks before surgery I was required to do my pre-op diet, I would have a shake for breakfast, a shake for lunch and 4 oz of protein and salad for dinner. I lost 50 pounds pre op. BUT I did not take any diet pills, check with your surgeon, they may affect your surgery. Good Luck and be safe!

Would You Have Weight Loss Surgery Again?
Yes! I have zero regrets! I am happier & healthier! My marriage is great, my husband was completely supportive! That said, I did my research the first surgeon I went to, I didn't like. I waited and found a wonderful surgeon who has a fantastic track record, his practice includes several in house Nutritionists, to help with your pre-op and post-op food plan. I have repeated follow-up visits and get my regular blood tests. I had this surgery to stop the never ending yo-yo dieting and to be able to live a healthier life!

Is it possible to loose 170lbs with the sleeve?
I am six months post-op and have lost 129lbs (50lbs I lost pre-op ). My goal is to have a normal BMI, so that would be a 179lb weight loss when I reach goal. I believe the sleeve is the off switch that I never had before. As soon as I feel that restriction/ full feeling, I'm done!
