  4. Does anyone feel like they can eat anything at 5wks??? I was just sleeved 5wks ago on April 1st n apparently I can eat anything now n I get hungry more often then what I see on here :-( I don't think it's working for me cuz the scale doesn't move but ok my co-workers say they notice it (although they don't know) they think I'm just dieting really good. I'm scared imma be a failure ;-( I had pizza at 4wks it was only half a slice n this past wkend I had another party n I was able to eat a whole slice if I wanted to but I left the crust (they aren't huge slices but still) I see peeps on here eating half a cup of tuna or less n for lunch I have a cup is that normal? Scared n frustrated HELP PLEASE what r ur opinions???
  5. Thank you everyone for all the positive feedback I will try to work on my patience although its super hard to be patient lol. But it's true I didn't gain all this weight in a month so I shouldn't expect to lose so much in a month. I did forget to take measurements the day before surgery I love the slow n steady wins the race I will definitely keep that in mind Thank you all for ur support
  6. Thank you!!! I totally wish it was more than 13lbs I weigh in tomorrow morning (weighing in once a week) but I'm sooo bummed bcuz I'm not successful as most peeps on here. I don't understand why for the last two wks i haven't lost instead I gained a pound last wk n I was feeling more down than ever
  7. Ok I was sleeved on 4/1 n the pic to the left was taken easter sunday the nite before surgery on 3/31 the pic to the right taken today 4/26. But I've only lost 13 lbs post op and I'm kinda disappointed I thought by this time almost 4wks out I'd be at least 25lbs less post op can u guys tell the difference? I'm getting bummed that I haven't lost as much as most peeps on here

  10. I have a desk job n work 8-4:30, here's what I've been doing: Breakfast I start shortly after I start work about 8:15-30 and I usually have 6oz of the chobani Greek yogurt it takes me about 45 min to an hr to finish it. Then I have lunch at 11:30 but usually don't start eating till closer to noon so far I'm still on soft food n I'm lazy to prepare so I've been eating tuna n 4 crackers I eat about 2oz of tuna. I like tuna so I'm not tired of it yet. Then about 2or 3pm I have a snack like cottage cheese doubles 100 calories or string cheese. N dinner I have about 2oz of chicken in the can, or lentils, or ground turkey I still haven't gotten tired of soft foods yet I know there r more options but this is what's easier for me
