  3. Has anyone looked into having a Corset Trunkplasty? It looks like it would cover a lot more then just a regular tummy tuck. Anyone have any idea on pricing here in the states or Mexico.

  5. Try the premier protein shakes from Costco, they have 30g of protein per shake and are tasty too!
  6. I am 3 weeks out and have tried pasta and bread, but just tiny little bites, doesn't taste as good as it used to. I find I really am enjoying crackers and cheese. I use the reduced fat crackers and the laughing cow light cheese, only 30 cal per wedge and 3 G protein. Delicious.

  9. Soft food. It's going well. Not really anything has bothered me, but in such small quantities I can't see how it could. Went to dinner with the hubby the other night and ordered a kids plate with ground beef and refried beans. Ate about 1 1/2 tbsps. Food tastes better somehow, maybe cause I'm eating slower and savoring each bite.
  10. Doing really well, where are you with your diet?
  11. I understand. I have been doing so well I skipped purée stage and doctor put me on soft food after 10 days. Digestive system working excellent, no pain since surgery, and I feel great. Crackers and cheese is my new favorite, nice to have something crunchy that dissolves when you chew it. Your body will keep you in check, I ate something a little too fast and it came back up. I can only do about 1-2 tbsp of food before I feel full. Hope this helps.
  12. My name is Rebecca. I was sleeved on 2/11. Started at 386 with 61 BMI. Down to 347. Located in Greenville, SC. I don't seem to be having any of the problems I have been reading about. A little nauseous after surgery, but relatively no pain. Eating soft food 1 1/2 weeks after surgery per doctors orders. No problems so far. Digestive system is working great. Feel energetic and have been able to take walks, looking forward to being released to work out and expend some of this energy. Very happy with my decision to do this.
  13. My name is Rebecca. I was sleeved on 2/11. My starting Bmi was 61 and weight was 386.6. I am 2 1/2 weeks out and down to 347. So happy I did this for myself and my family. I feel great. I haven't been released to work out by the doctor yet but I have been able to take walks. My husband is planning to get sleeved next month.
