Me, I am in Philadelphia. Having trouble with diet. How are you doing?

Hi Sue! Doing okay over all. I have my tough moments, that's for sure. Like tonight when my husband was cooking himself some delicious smelling gyoza. I ALMOST grabbed one but decided against it. It was a proud moment. :) Had really bad headaches last week.

What kinda troubles are you having? Were you put on a 2 week pre op?

My name is Rebecca. I was sleeved on 2/11. Started at 386 with 61 BMI. Down to 347. Located in Greenville, SC. I don't seem to be having any of the problems I have been reading about. A little nauseous after surgery, but relatively no pain. Eating soft food 1 1/2 weeks after surgery per doctors orders. No problems so far. Digestive system is working great. Feel energetic and have been able to take walks, looking forward to being released to work out and expend some of this energy. Very happy with my decision to do this.

Mushy foods how about you?

Soft food. It's going well. Not really anything has bothered me, but in such small quantities I can't see how it could. Went to dinner with the hubby the other night and ordered a kids plate with ground beef and refried beans. Ate about 1 1/2 tbsps. Food tastes better somehow, maybe cause I'm eating slower and savoring each bite.
