  1. After over a week the scale finally moved down 1.5 lbs!!! Sweet baby Jesus!! Kept telling myself this is normal but deep inside there was this obnoxious voice saying what if a 33 lb loss is it for me?? Whew...hopefully I made it over my first hurdle and the steady loss will continue. Good luck everyone! There is hope!!
  2. If you like chocolate....the chocolate splendor is great...especially when mixed with frozen bananas and a lil peanut butter. Packs a huge protein punch. The strawberry sorbet is great too. Really glad I found that stuff.
  3. My back was SO sore and just started feeling back to normal a few days ago. I'll be 3 weeks out tomorrow. The pain was mostly in my middle to lower back. Lying down and having my husband rub my back were really my only remedies. It'll get better with time though!
  4. It is kind of a bummer but it's just a matter of time! Just continue to do what we do and it'll come off!
  5. Okay so the cramping has mostly gone away. BUT... As of last weekend (which was 2 weeks post op), I started feeling sharp pain, almost a pulling feeling, above my main incision on my left side. It seems to hurt more when I go into the cold, go figure. In any case, it is annoying and hurts to the point I have to bend over slightly while moving around or hold onto the area to stop the pain. I don't feel it much when I'm sitting or lying down though. I'm hoping this is normal. Just found it weird that this pain sensation hit 2 weeks after surgery versus from the very beginning. Anyone else experience this?
  6. I'll be exactly 3 weeks out as of tomorrow. Keep the faith!
  7. I've lost half a lb within the last week. Looks like the stall arrived. Just waiting it out at this point!
  8. Susan and Diva, you're both in my thoughts as I send good healing vibes tour way! Wish you both a quick recovery. ♡
  9. I'm having a lot of soreness right above my main incision. Feels like it is inside in the muscle. Last night it bothered me so much it hurt to press on it. Just seems strange the pain mostly hit yesterday, almost 2 weeks post op. The only thing I can think of having caused it is sitting a little hunched over while getting a mani pedi yesterday afternoon. I tried varying my position here and there. Seems right after I left the salon it started hurting. Anyone else as far out after surgery as me experience any of the same?
  10. 9 days post op. 14 lbs lost since day of surgery 14 lbs lost during pre op diet =28 lb total Wow! So exciting!
  11. One week post op and I broke into the 250's!!! Haven't been in this weight range in about 4 years. So so excited. What a great day!!
  12. Same with me. About 3-4 days post op. It's quite a struggle to get the proper amount of both in.
