Is this the right thing for me ?
Hi SexyMama....It sure does sound like this is right for you. You've been doing your research (and have found this website full of helpful information). Just keep in mind that you are an individual and what happened with your sister doesn't mean that you will have the same complications. I wish you the best with the surgery.

Just took 2 excederin tablet...
My doctor told me it was ok to take nsaids as long as it's not on a consistent basis since it could irritate the stomach. If you're feeling fine, then it's probably ok. Just keep the Tylenol and Excedrin far far away from each other

Spa n massage sessions

Dr. Oz
So maybe what Dr. Oz is saying is that everything is okay as long as its in moderation.

Any regrets
So far no regrets at all. Now, if I don't lose all the extra weight or if I can't maintain the weight, then there may be some regrets. Just wish I knew about the sleeve sooner.

NSV snuck up on me
Friday evening, I visited a friend with a broken ankle. We're sitting there chatting and watching tv. I looked down at my lap and realized that I had my legs crossed and my hands weren't holding my legs or pants to keep my legs crossed. Nice feeling!

12 pounds in 2 weeks?
Yep, I say you're on the right track. That's great weight loss! I mix up what I do. I walk at different times of the day (since I don't go back to work til April 1, due to hand surgery a week and a half ago) and different distances. I also increase calories about 2 times a week and I drink at least 9 cups of water a day. I'm trying to not let my body get into a routine and think it's time to stall and hold onto the fat/fluids. This is after my stall broke about a week ago. Keeping my fingers crossed that I don't hit another stall any time soon.
