  1. In a heartbeat, down about sixty pounds at four months and less than thirty from goal. I was back swimming at two months post op and feel very normal.
  2. I'm in the exact same spot. It's so frustrating.
  3. Totally normal. Feel better.
  4. I had the exact same worry. Trust me you'll feel it when you eat solids. I still can barely eat a few Tbs and I'm four months out.
  5. Non scale victory=nsv Congrats!
  6. I did shortly after surgery. It was not fun. Sounds like you are dehydrated be careful. Drink your water. Mine lasted a couple weeks then got better. I was dizzy when standing too.
  7. So happy for you. You are working hard!
  8. You probably need antibiotics. Feel better.
  9. Yes, if I gulped too much or too fast.
  10. Panera has good soups.
  11. Hi sleeve sister (1/25) you are doing better than I am, lol. I am hovering around down 50. I lose 10 and stall for weeks over and over, but I'll take any loss. I hope the losses pick up for both of us. Hang in there.
  12. That is the one that got infected for me, it split open at the hospital too. Have your dr look at it you might need antibiotics. Best wishes.
  13. Did you gain Fluid weight after surgery? I did and took time to come off. You are two weeks out right? What are you eating? I was still on liquids, but when I started on purees I gained a bit too. Relax and know you won't fail. It will come off this is your journey try not to compare. Best wishes.
  14. I take gummy multi vitamins, biotin, calcium, B12, D and prilosec.
  15. Mine started to fall out about right weeks post op. It's still coming out every time I touch it. It's disconcerting but I have a fair amount to start with thankfully.
  16. Just wanted to send my support you can do this. Be proud and keep going.
  17. Sending prayers Jimmy!
  18. I have been on prilosec since surgery and tried to go without and couldn't at three months. A friend's doctor said she only needed it for a month. So I'm curious are you still taking one or did you just need it for a month. I'm thinking I'll be on it forever and that's ok.
  19. I had the same thing they said I was allergic to the adhesive, it was awful and so itchy I couldn't stand it. It got much worse then finally better. I put itch cream on it from Target. Good luck.
  20. Sounds great Sharon! I had a great recovery too. I'm so glad you are feeling so great. Tonsils are worse huh? Keep hydrated and keep up posted.
  21. I walked out of my 8.5 shoes the other day and now wear an 8.
