Restaurant Options?

I am 15days post op and can do mushy foods. My girlfriend and I do date night every 19th she wants to cancel because of my food restrictions but I want to go. I know I can have soup does anyone recommend any good places. I am in C t we usually frequent chilis, olive garden, outback, applebees places like that.

Go and have soup!

Panera has good soups.

I would do a nutrition search for local restaurants that you usually go to. You can find a menu as well as calorie information. Honestly though, after doing this, you may find you don't want to waste your intake at restaurants. There are very few that actually have anything nutritious (or not LOADED with sodium which will make you retain water). You may want to look into finding something new and healthy to do with your friend. Good luck on your decision!

Panera's tomato soup.
