4 month rut
I do eat the sames things everyday except dinner and then I always try and find a new recipe that the whole family will enjoy. I always have a protein shake for breakfast. Then a baby bel light 2 hours later, then a quest bar 2 hours later and then a greek yogurt 2 hours after that.. then I eat dinner. Little amounts thru out the day to get my protein in.

- Question About Running?
Jenn... 94 lbs... Woohoo!!!!!!- going out 2 eat
We went to a steak house as a family and I got the soup and then ate 2 bites of my husbands steak. Soup is usually my go to. We have a hamburger place here called Rons and I always get the small chili and eat about half of it. My husband orders a med chili and then eats the rest of mine. Cheap date night always under $10. Its great!!!!- What Exercise Did You Do Today?

Wow you look great!!! Glad everything is going so well- Question About Running?
Because the weather is cold I have been doing my walking on the treadmill. I have been experimenting with walking 4.0 pace and then running 4.8 pace at 2 minute intervals. It can be done... Started at 340 lbs feb 21st 2012 now 174 lbs. I just prefer walking to running cuz I always feel like I am about to pee down my leg when I run lol!!- more info....
So most of us have heard of the world according to eggface, the website that offers a ton of great info. Well, stumbled upon another one and thought I would share. http://milestogo.squarespace.com/all-about-protein/ Kristy- bad day yesterday
Mami is right. This feeling does pass. Once you are done mourning the loss of food in your life it gets better. Just like those that get upset when their family eats in front of them. We all need to remember this is truly a loss of something that has comforted us for years... never sassed back and just was always there for us. Remember we chose to have this surgery to take back control of our lives. Find your joy in things other then food. You can do this.- What To Expect When You're Expecting, Weight Loss Surgery
bump for all the new folks... information worth sharing... where are you David????- Ready to change my life...
Such an exciting time for you... good luck girl!!!- So different!
I think it's mostly insurance requirements and not surgeon requirements.- Juicing
I think juicing pre-op would be ok. I would worry about it post op just because of the sugar content and how important protein is. I tried googling some info but couldnt really find anything on it. Would be a great question for your NUT. Good luck- exercise with arthritis-joint pain
that really stinks. I know that exercise is key with this whole proceedure. I think you are doing the right thing with the pool exercises. I have heard it is less strenuous on your joints. Maybe as you loose weight the pain and inflammation will go down. Good luck to you and I am glad you are able to do some sort of exercise. Hugs your way!! - Question About Running?
