4 month rut

I need help! I am four months out and tend to eat the same few things over and over again, mostly Soup and chili. Would love to hear how far out you are, what you eat and how much. I have a hard time getting my Protein in with the small amounts I eat.

I do eat the sames things everyday except dinner and then I always try and find a new recipe that the whole family will enjoy. I always have a protein shake for breakfast. Then a baby bel light 2 hours later, then a quest bar 2 hours later and then a greek yogurt 2 hours after that.. then I eat dinner. Little amounts thru out the day to get my protein in.

Pork tenderloin is a staple now. I just throw it in the crockpot on low all day with low carb BBQ sauce or Greek dressing and it is so tender and moist. Good for the pouch! Tilapia is also easy on the pouch. We also love eggs with broccoli, ham, and cheese.

Also drinking milk really helps to sneak in some Protein. Add a no sugar added carnation instant breakfast for extra protein :)

There are a tons of good bariatric recipe pins on Pinterest!
