Christmas Question
I stayed in the hospital one night, came home, stayed in bed for another day or two and then started participating in life again. You will probably not have the energy to prepare a meal or clean up but you will be able to enjoy your children, open gifts, cuddle! Nothing like a little nap when needed. Christmas need not be a wash. Concentrate your energy on your priorities.

I too need help. I am one month out and bored with the same few foods I keep eating. I am going to add shrimp, scallops and tilapia to my menu for variety, but would love to hear what others are eating.- Shrimp
Thank you Ladies, I am definitely going shopping tomorrow for fish and seafood. Steamer bags sound like a great idea. Do you use butter in your preparation or just plain steamed? Maggie- Shrimp

I will definitely try blending them with ice tomorrow. Suddenly seem so sweet to me, perhaps the ice will cut it. Maggie - September Members
