Hello all, I had my surgery Dec. 19th. and have only loss 16lb.? Had GBP. Feeling good, but i feel like I should be loosing a little more.

Dec.19 was my surgery . I'm on the 4th. Day and healing. It seems that everything went well. I'm having a back and legs pain issue. But that was even before my surgery. If that wasn't bothering me I would be feeling fine. Trying to get all my liquids down . That is hard for me because I'm not a water drinker .Any one else just had surgery? Any good advice?

Myy surgery isn't until Dec.19th.

There is a chemical stress test. All you have to do is sit in a chair and the put a I.V. in you to administer the chemical.It is for people that have a problems walking. That is what I had.

Is the soap wrapped or unwrapped?

When I go on A restricted diet I always get severe leg cramps and i'm worried that I will have that problem after surgery.Anyone has that problem?

Did your Dr.put u on that diet or when u went for pre op?

I have been on my journey since June 2013. Started out getting the Sleeve, but the Dr. suggested I have the G.By Pass instead due to my acid reflux. I'am 66yrs.old and wish I would have done this sooner.( I think anyway ). Not there yet. I've noticed that some of you are pre dieting before the surgery.How important is that? Sure I was told to diet , but if I was good at dieting I would not be having the surgery.I will be reading your post. Keep up the good reads. How many December surgeries?
