    Hi I had my surgery about 4 years ago. I was on meds that made me gain ALL my weight plus some back. I'm off the med & I want to get back on track. I exercise 3 times a week, but having trouble with eating. I'm looking for someone to help me get back to eating right. I live in Louisiana of the wastbank. Thanks
