Nikki you should be eating or trying to get 800 calories at least in. As everyone says you must get. 64 ounces of water or more in a day. I really don't think the weight gain is anything but water retention or time for that monthly nightmare!! Other then that we are more fertile so pregnancy can cause weight gain too

What do you think you are doing wrong?

maybe keep a food diary for a week then call the dietician and review with her...

Nikki, I thought you were doing well. What's has changed for you? Are you still tracking what you eat? Sometimes it helps to go back to basics. But how much have you gained. I gain Water weight very quickly and if I don't poo (sorry TMI) I can gain more.

Hugs!!!

Nikki baby girl psst log in your food intake like me. I put 1200 calories but I never make it well maybe one time but who knows if I put the right amount. I gotta use the food scale. It's still unopened. I'm using measuring spoons & cups. Log to my fitness pal & track & write everything down. Exercise also.
