  1. Everyone you can imagine. The fat you lose releases a ton of hormones. Tell everyone around you to be patient... It will pass
  2. tuna is a tough one to choke down. I would be really careful with it.
  3. I think you are still healing from major surgery. You are only 2 months out right? Body is still dealing with a lot of crap. Give your self a break and a chance to be human. We are not superwomen much as we would like to think that we are....There are still some days where I feel tired. We eat so little and do so much trying to get this weight off that I think sometimes we burn the candle at both ends.
  4. I just find I don't like the way it feels in my pouch... Too dry??? I just really don't like it.
  5. Welcome to the boards!!! Congrats on your approval

  11. Are you getting at least 64 oz of water in a day? Are the temps hot in Afghanistan? Even if you are adjusted to the temps there, you have had a major surgery and need to make sure you are getting plenty to drink. Congrats on your weight loss!!
  12. Fat releases a ton of hormones, which is the reason I just had an ablation 11 months out. My periods were horrible.
  13. I will be a year out on feb 21st and still can't do a scrambled egg.. I can't do rice or pasta. Pork ....well depends on how it's cooked.

  17. The dannon light and fit Greek yogurt is only 80 cal and 12g of protein. It's a great food. Just try not to scarf 3 at a time. Slow down and listen to your pouch
  18. You have given your body quite a shock. It's in starvation mode. You will see posts on this all the time. Give your body time to adjust to the kick in the butt it got. You will succeed, just patience is key!
  19. I am sagging all over too. But I am noticing the more time goes on that it doesnt look that bad. No where near as bad as being fat and unhealthy, I mean I wont ever wear a bikini but the clothes I am wearing look damn good. Im giving it another year to see where everything ends up and then I will make the decision on what I want to nip tuck and lift. Im 45.
  20. I was just telling my family the other day that when I go for my year checkup next month Im gonna ask my dr if he wants me to speak at his next seminar. I feel like I just want to tell everyone about my experience and help others who have struggled like I have.
