How does this compare with what you all have been using??

I think it's yummy! There are lots of good flavors too.

We have a grocery store called hyvee- I will have my surgery on feb 20th. I've done low carb in the past and I like this protein powder.

Ya... I understand... Just remember taste buds will change after surgery... Good luck... Ill be a year post op feb 21st... So I was in your shoes this time last year! :-)
