I hit goal weight!
I power walk 4 miles a day. I'm 45 so not very tight but I can live with it. I have noticed my bat wings going down. Boobs and stomach are a lost cause but 2014 will be the year to nip tuck and lift. I have never been a very vain person but as I've lost this weight which has been an albatross around my neck for over 20 years, I find I just want things to be where they are supposed to be. Lol... I'm gonna now shoot for 158 but could die happy not losing another pound.

Alcohol
Studies don't fabricate. And there are plenty of them out there. alex the founder of this site has posted numerous articles on this subject. Research for yourself only you can make the decision.

Alcohol
Personal choice for me is I'm not drinking... Wasn't really much to drink a glass so not a big deal. I will say I have read many studies of high rates of addiction to alcohol with rny patients. I think it's a waste of calories and pouch space.

Coffee
I drank all the way to the day of surgery. Quit the day of surgery. I think the pain meds helped me detox off of it lol... Now almost a year out I started enjoying a cup a day about 2 months ago... I add my scoop of protein powder to it

HOLY COW! WEIGHTLOSS!
I have found that a variety of protein as well as caloric intake, whether up or down, when you hit a stall seems to bounce things around. I dont ever make a habit of it. Dont want to get into a habit of grazing and not exercising... congrats!!!

Coffee Drinkers
