Consider shifting your focus. Forget about the scales and forget about measuring your success by the number on the scales. Instead focus that energy on following the protocol as closely to the letter

Heather, Are you using my fitness pal? It is a great way to measure and see exactly what you take in and put out. I am close to 6 weeks out and only down 27 pounds. Everybody's body and how much we

I need help.... I am so depressed. I am almost seven weeks out and I am only averaging around 2 pounds per week. I’ve only lost 9 pounds in the last 4 weeks. I am on my second stall. I was at the doctor's on Wednesday and when I asked about it they just said you should be averaging at least 5 pounds per week now and then just looked concerned. I get my fluids, Vitamins and Protein in almost every day. I'm even eating 700 calories a day which is more than most people at my stage. And no, my measurements have not changed. Waist is barley an inch smaller.
I just can't believe I had my insides altered for almost the same results I was getting before surgery. The Dr. told me to up my protein (only 10 grams which I was close to on most days anyway) and take a laxative (that has been an issue but it has not helped with the weight). I am just so scared right now and I am trying not to cry as I sit here and type this.
Any encouragement or kind words would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Heather
