  1. Almost one month after surgery,I enrolled in a 10-week fitness boot camp. It kicks my ass but I feel good when I leave. Find something you like...maybe Zumba if you like to dance. Maybe you can do an aerobics video at your own pace at home.
  2. I work out daily, and when I wear athletic shorts, I wear spanks underneath! I bought my sports bras online. Just google it...you'll get lots to choose from.
  3. Thanks for the encouragement. I was having a weak moment!
  4. I was sleeved July 3, and have had HALF the weight loss you ladies have experienced. Me? Depressed? sigh...
  5. Several items of clothing that were very tight before surgery, fit! I am noticing inches coming off, even during a stall.
  6. I definitely fit into this category. I am exercising alot. The scale is moving SLOOOWLY, but just last night I tried on clothing that was very tight(pre-surgery) and they fit! I was very exited(I still want that damn scale to move!)
  7. I would check with my doctor if something didn't feel right. Better safe, than sorry.
  8. I would be staring at myself all day!
  9. Amazing results! Single-digit clothes...what the hell is that??! LOL
  10. You wrote everything in my head!
  11. In the midst of my love-hate relationship with the scale, I have managed to lose inches and drop a few clothes sizes...miraculously.
  12. Ugh...stalls. They suck.
  13. WOW! hell of a change in only a year. You look entirely different, and yes, MUCH younger. Fabulous. I can't wait to make a similar post next July.
  14. WHEN: ...you're at a birthday celebration and even though you are the one slicing the cake for everyone, you don't want or eat any of it! ...you feel like a lion or tiger on the hunt or something because all you do is eat meat/protein. ...the scale you previously never owned, is now something you do morning, noon, and night. If it goes up, you have to restrain yourself from tossing it through the window. ...when you're in a nasty stall, you accuse your surgeon of being inept, and removing the wrong organ.
  15. I don't care about food...beyond getting in the necessary calories and protein. I don't have any cravings or 'head hunger'. I am pretty ambivalent about the whole thing.
  16. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. What I mean is, you don't HAVE to tell him anything.
  17. Uh...why are you eating chips and crackers? Is this just a joke? Well, before I lambasted for being snarky, I have to say if this is a serious post...you're in trouble.
  18. I would've held the towels...
  19. I wasn't aware that Soda was an option...
