  2. So you dont drink the zipp fizz anymore either? I'm new to the whole VST thing, Just want to be informed by people who have been there. Thanks for your posts.
  3. Thanks, I dont work that many days in a row but I cant tolerate the coffee either. The 1st 5 weeks was pretty awful, but I'm feeling better now. Thanks for your reply
  4. , Thanks for the rude comment. Why bother commenting at all?
  5. Thanks for the replies, I was only asking because I miss my diet sprite, and the zipp fizz gives me the energy I need to work nights.
  6. Just wondering if I ever will be able to again.
  7. Having a hard time getting in the protein shakes, and the water. Just ordered liquid calcium, have been checking out liquid protein online. Just wondering if there were any 'experts' on the subject. Thanks.
  8. I'm 4 weeks out, trying pureed foods, always make me nauseated. having a very hard time getting my water in. cant quite figure out the schedule I should be on. When to take my pills, when to take my protein, when to drink...I don't like how my stomach feels. Cant wait until this stage is over.
  9. You have captured my sentiments exactly. I had my surgery almost two weeks ago, and have been second guessing myself for the last few days. I realized that I am grieving the food I wont be able to eat again, and resenting those who can eat whatever they want ( without the weight gain.) I'm trying to stay positive and I know someday I will be thankful for the surgery, but this is one of the hardest things I've ever done.
