  1. It is had when we have a chemical embalance and the meds we take affect our sexual desire. But it sounds like you really need to take the 60mg to help with the chemical embalance for awhile. It won't happen over night. It will take time. But it take time. Don't rush into getting off the antidepressants at this point in time. I miss the cheerful you and please don't listen too other's when they voice their concerns that your weight loss is too rapid. They are reacting to a fear that they have. Are you taking your supplements? Make sure your are because they are very important. :) Oh and by the way, I am a qualified person that can give this information. :)

  2. This is an even better reason to have chosen the surgery! LOL The scale just gives you #'s. The weight loss is the same and so it's all good. My scale is somewhat crazy. I weight in the AM and it said I way152.6, then less than 1 minute later, I step on it and it saids I weigh 156.4, so then I really have to check it one more time and it saids 154.6 lbs. So which is it? I always choose the lessor one of course. But my scale is a weight watcher's scale and cost me a pretty penny about a year ago. I think I like my old one better. Hehehehehe ;) My scale lies to me and really deserves a time out for bad behavior!

  3. I know a few people with gastric bypass that didn't follow there diet, grazing all day long, eating a ton of sugar, and non-compliant with doc's orders. One gained 100 lbs back and the other about 40 lbs. I did give one a copy of the Basic Bootcamp diet from LilMiss Diva. I will have to call her to check up on how she's doing today. Great job on your WLS! I know you will Rock it! ;) please let us know how your hubby's surgery go. Maybe he can also join our little club here. ;)

  4. My week is really strange also. My father in-law who is 92 years old fell and hit his head and fractured the back of his skull. It was also my birthday and anniversary. Spent them in the hospital with him and family. That was nice i was able to see family I haven't seen in ages.

But, I haven't been very good with my diet. I've been eating some candy here and there. Had times when I felt like I was deprived of food and ate stuff I shouldn't have. I find my head looking for things to eat and my stomach isn't hungry. I need to go back on the basic bootcamp diet starting tomorrow. Yep, that's what I'm going to do.

Sorry I got off on a tangen. Since you have injuries from previous accidents, then it's time to take better care of your wonderful body. It's ok to take a little time off to heal, your get farther in the long run. I love your ambition of the tough mudder competition! That's determination in the process. But slow down enjoy your down time and get back on track when the pain has subsided. ;)

  5. Your friends really love you alot and are trying to wrap their head around this procedure we've chosen to do. It is still frustrating to have this be the topic every time your together. I are with longer-life, change the subject or tell them in a nice way that your over the talk about the surgery your going to have.

You are doing really good. I just realized that I had changed my view about food before my surgery. I was totally eating less portions and alot more happier and my transition after the surgery was relatively easy. Very grateful for this transition. Hope my belief about food stays. LOL ')

Have a wonderful Sunday everyone! ;)
