Eating To Much (2)

for some reason I still cannot reply on the comments.

I usually feel "mentally uncomfortable" when I am full.Sounds crazy but full is in my head before it is in my stomach. But not when I am eating for comfort.I feel that maybe I eat faster then and the speed of my mouth outruns the speed of the head if that makes sense.

However I almost got a second helping tonight but then the pain struck and I felt aweful.

Wont be doing that any time soon again.

I eat way too fast! I need to slow way down because I eat a little less when I eat slower. other then that, eating fast hasn't really bothered me. ;)

I'm 7 weeks out. Usually I can eat about 1/2 cup of food, so I use that as my standard measure, and I have these little bowls I use that help me portion things properly. I have been able to add a small second item, yesterday a little big of salad with my 1/2 cup of ricotta bake. I made a birthday dinner for my son of lasagna, and I got all the same flavor without the pasta, even browned the cheese on top, let it cook at the same time. I didn't feel I was missing out on anything!
