  1. Sorry I missed the bad knees part.
  2. I do this workout 3 times a week. I have lost 2 inches on My legs in 3 weeks. 10 forward lunges 10 plié jumps 10 reverse lunges 10 squat jumps 10 step ups 10 leg lifts 10 single leg bridges 10 leg lifts 10 second wall sits. I do 3 reps of each but I worked my way up from 1.
  3. I was stalled for 6 weeks I drank a gallon of water a day, raised my calories to 1000, carbs to 95 And completely redid my exercise routine. I lost 3 pounds this week. I think my body was in starvation mode, I spent too long at 700 calories. Good luck I know it sucks!
  4. I am still 40 DD and I am on week 5 of C25K I use Marika Magic. I got it at Marshalls and its amazing. They have adjustable hook and eye straps, and adjustable on the side. I got mine at Marshall's for 15.00 bucks. I've tried everything and that seems to hold up the girls best.
  5. It's red yellow green I think. Red being the toughest. That's what my gym set is anyway.
  6. Oh yeah, my trainer is a beast at Water aerobics. I feel like I've been sweating when I get out of the pool. We do tricep dips of off the side, and get out of the pool for planks during the "ab" portion. It's a great workout!
  7. I waited 1 1/2 week. It was all good.
  8. Do IT!! I weighed 292 on my surgery day. I felt horrible about myself. Felt horrible last summer at the beach when I was that weight. If your friends love you they will understand you are getting healthy. And you will still have food celebrations. It will take a few months to get back to normal but I celebrate with my family. I don't eat as much ofcourse but I do enjoy a bite of everything. Then I concentrate on the actual reason we are together. It Is completely worth it I promise!
  9. They told me just 6 months. I kept forgetting it, and stopped at month 5.
  10. If your lucky you'll try it and your stomach won't like it. I had it when I was 4 months out and my stomach revolted! I then processed to try 3 more different kinds, same result, so that's one thing I didn't have to worry about tempting me :-)
  11. Subway! Anything they make a sandwhich out of they will make you a salad! I had a meatball salad one day yum. My favorite is the BBQ chicken one. And Subway is great cause they have every topping you could want on a salad!
  12. It's normal! I was taking a nap untill a month out when I went back to work. And even then I still wanted one. Your body is Getting used to less calories lower carbs not to mention healing. Just listen to your body it will be ok in a month or so.
  13. I did not have a stall till 6 months. And it's a doozy June 26 :-/ I'm concentrating on water low carb and tons of exercise. I'm not done yet! The weight will come off.
  14. I go to goodwill weekly. I can't stand for my clothes to be super baggy. My stepmom had gastric bypass and told me to let my baggy clothes be my badge of honor, no need to buy new clothes. I told her my badge was buying clothes that were smaller. I got a ton of clothes for 50 bucks.
  15. You look awesome! I was going to comment I'm jealous you kept all your boobage lol.
  16. I had them through the first 3 months. When I was on all foods I pretty much cut them out. I do crossfit on Saturdays so I still have a muscle milk or a Protein fruit smoothie. I would not depend on protein shots for all my daily protein, they are high in soy protein which isn't as good as whey protein. Whey is the best for WLS patients.
  17. I only weigh myself at the gym now. They have a fancy high end one that measures just about everything. I had a weight watchers one and in a fit of rage I threw it out the window, took less than 2 minutes for my dog to mark his territory hahahahaha. I thought it was hilarious. Man who bought scale, not so much :-D
  18. You would think that bariatric surgeons would get a lot more nutrition classes!
  19. Haha sounds like my moms! She uses 2 cups per gallon.
  20. My nut told me at 8 months to be at 1200, my SUREGON told me 700-900 was good for the losing phase, so even in the same office there are disagreements. Lol. Im staying at 800 till I feel bad or get to goal.
  21. Congrats! It gets easier every day. Now for me it's second nature. My gym clothes are the first thing I put on in the morning.
  22. I told my husband by next summer I want to atleast look like a beach volleyball player (I can't play though have no hand eye coordination) There bods are BANGING!!
  23. Try some vitamin zero water or propel. Great flavor no calories!
  24. All my boyfriends sweaters were too small :-( I bet my husband grumbles this winter when I steal all his clothes lol.
