  1. Their plan had around 900 calories a day but I am a little more active than their average patient. I am getting over 80g of protein a day
  2. I am over six weeks out and somewhat active (Zumba, working with a trainer, 1-2 hours of walking) is 1050 calories too much?
  3. I have been stalled on the scale for about 2 weeks....I started excersing again and I am getting over 60g of protein a day....How to break this stall....

  5. Thanks...I am drinking about 70-100 ounces of water a day...I need to step that up a little bit too...I am hoping working out will help.
  6. About 5 days..I am starting to work out with a trainer and hopefully that will help. I am losing inches though....
  7. I am eating around 800 calories and getting around 60-80g of Protein...but the scale is not moving. I am six weeks post op....do I have too many carbs....I think its around 30 or 40g carbs...here is my day Muscle Milk (225 calories, 25 g Protein) 2 Babybels (140) Calories 10 g Protein) 1 Single serve Hummus (63 cal, 6 g Protein) 2 oz Turkey Laughing Cow cheese, 1/2 Dr. Kracker Cracker (17g protein, 130 cal) 1 Babybel Light (35 Cal, 6g protein) 1 2.6 Tuna Pouch with light mayo (130 cal, 20g protein) 1 Wasa cracker (30 cal, 1g protein) Water with Metamucil (50 Cal). Walking 2-3 miles a day...just started adding weights.... Should I cut out something out????
  8. So when I use the enema or suppository I am still having a lot pain. Is there any way to avoid this pain? Its so hard and I just want to feel normal?
  9. So is there anything you can do to keep the pain down during the enema. I have super hard stool and it hurts so much that I have to stop. My doctor says that is normal but it hurts so bad and I am developing hemoriods.
  10. Thank yall for your help. I am going to take the enema tomorrow and give it a day to heal and get some Miralax to take...I am just trying to get used this and takes a little while to do so.
  11. I know this a little gross and I am a little embarrassed. I having hard stool and it won't come out with pain and blood. What can I do to feel some relief? I have added fiber to my diet and I drink about 70oz of water everyday. Has anyone done an enema for the same problem? Its been 3 days since a BM and I am 3.5 weeks post op.

  13. Ask your doctor for emend. I took it 2 hours before surgery and no problems

  15. If you worried about naseau after surgery ask your doctor about emend...I took it 2 hours before surgery and it helped a lot. I had no problems whatsoever
  16. I was sleeved on 6/27 and I am east Indian. Anyone able to eat at least a modified east Indian diet? Any suggestions?
