I started doing some water aerobics and I can't believe the resistance. what a workout. We use the noodles to do some excercises and it is hard. but worth it. A great cardio workout.

It's a great workout!

I have been swimming since I was released to swim around 4th of July. It's my favorite form of exercise and always has been. I have a pool but fall is around the corner. It's been cool the last few days too so I am missing it.

Before surgery I had to quit my health club because the $60.00 a month was just a bit too much, with surgery and everything else going on around here.

Winter is going to be hard on me, maybe things will change and I will be able to rejoin in the winter.
