Getting A Resistance Band..set

I am planning to buy a resistance band for exercise. I am trying new things and with back problems it seems better for me to use the band instead of weights. You can use it so many ways to exercise. Do y'all think that's a good idea. I need something other than walking. :):D:P

Absolutely! Just be careful that you don't snag yourself. Otherwise there are plenty of videos out there on how to work out with resistance bands you can even find them on your cable tv network. I am going to try resistance bands as well. Good luck to you!

I have 2; the easy and the medium. They have a video you can download.

What is the difference? Is it the thickness or color coding?

Thanks :)

Latanya

It's red yellow green I think. Red being the toughest. That's what my gym set is anyway.

Jut read the info based on the brand you buy. Some are color coordinated but some are not start slow and work your way up. I use heavy because I am very strong. But I am sure once I go through surgery I will need to start lighter in order to build myself back up.
