1 year and 8 months post op! ????
Thanks. ???? I remember just starting out being terrified it would be so easy to put it back on and all the posts I read were "don't eat sugar " don't eat bread" or you will gain your weight back. Well I just wanted to let people know I can eat like a normal person and am just fine. Of coarse I don't over do it but I'm defently not living on a diet now.

1 year and 8 months post op! ????
And doing awsome. My starting weight was 305 and my year anniversary I was 165. My goal was 155- 159. Here I am 8 months later and still 165-168 pounds. I feel like I eat like a normal person. If I want a cookie I eat a cookie. I still can't eat very much but I haven't had a hard time with any foods. It hasn't been hard for me to stay at this weight. I'm So happy I did this and sometimes I even forget I had it done. Totally worth it!!! Gonna try alittle harder to get the last off cause me and my husband are trying to get pregant so I wanna hit goal before that. ????

I got the scale moving again!
It's called bowtrol and its a pill! I really like it, it hasn't caused any annoying side effects. I'm hoping this will help me get all the way to goal but I was estatic when the scale finally moved I was stalled for like 3 months. And I'm over a year so I just thought I was done!

I got the scale moving again!

I got the scale moving again!
I've lost 140 pounds pretty much thought I was done losing. I had 20 more pounds till I was at goal. I started a colon cleanse because I heard it helped your body be more regular not necessarily thinking about weight loss and since I've started using it it I've lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks!!! I'm hoping this will help me get the last 14 off. I'm using the brand bowtrol if anybody else feels stuck like me give it a try!

1 year tomorrow! Who else?
Can't believe it's been a year already! Starting weight was 305 wearing a size 20 and I'm now 167 wearing a size 10. Total loss of 137 pounds!!!!! I'm 5'9 so I reached a normal bmi at 168. So happy I did this. How's everybody else doing?

I AM 82 LBS DOWN AND STILL LOOK THE SAME
I was the same way starting at 305 and didn't notice a difference till about 220 ish. Now I'm 167 and I can notice every 5 pounds I lose. The smaller you get you will notice more its just getting all the bulk off first.

Question for people In maintence.
Thanks for the advice I do lose (slowly) at 1200 calories but I do burn 400 calories on the elliptical almost every day. I am gonna slow down on working out so I will probably have to lower my calories to 1000 or under.

Question for people In maintence.
How many calories do you eat a day for maintence?? I see a lot of people saying 1200 but thats what I eat now and I'm still trying to lose 10 pounds. I'm on my fitness pal and 1200 calories is what that tells me to eat to lose and it says like 2000 to maintain. That seems like a lot for us sleevers.
