Have you tried running? That will melt it away.

I would change up your exercise. When I start running again I always drop a lot if weight. (I just don't like to run so I don't do it often :-) ) your body is used to your routine. Add some calories, monitor your carbs. And water. 8 glasses is just the recommendation. My trainer told me to strive for 1/2 my body weight in water.

That's alot of water. That would be 119 pounds of water for me.

Actually it's 1/2 your body weight but you don't drink 119lbs if water, you drink 119ozs of water.

I know. I was teasing fluffylibra. We're buddies.

Could you imagine? 119 lbs of water is 15 gallons. LOL!

Yep, the last 20 are a killer for me. Granted, I have been off the wagon for the last few days. I seem to be able to maintain well. I just cannot break 145.

Water really does the trick for me. I didn't lose anything from May until September, but I started upping my water in September, and I am losing again. I have 12-17 more pounds to lose. It seems to me I lose the most when I am drinking my water regardless of my exercise routine.
