  1. Wow, that is awesome. Thank you for posting a little about your story. I think that was exactly what I needed to read right now. I am getting a little down about the next three months left in my 6MSWL. I am excited for you though. When do you think you will submit everything to insurance? Congrats and welcome to the forum.
  2. Looking good! There is already so much of a change.
  3. Here is a wonderful ticker tutorial by LilMissDiva: http://www.verticalsleevetalk.com/topic/13516-ticker-tutorial-for-vst-lbt-with-pictures/page__pid__153616#entry153616
  4. Interesting, I wonder if they work. Normally, the hair loss is from the trauma of surgery and lack of protein. I wonder how these would help prevent or slow hair loss.
  5. Oh wow, I am so sorry. I hope you fight this. Good luck!
  6. Lol, if you get any rest tonight I will be amazed and you will have to tell me your secret. Congrats! I bet you are so excited.
  7. Aw, congrats. You story is so inspiring. Congrats on getting your sleeve revision approved, and OMG, you're son is so cute!
  8. Just from being on the forum, I've seen it take anywhere from a day to two weeks and my surgeon tells me it could take a month. Hopefully, you will hear back soon. How long have you been waiting?
  9. LOL, I think I would do the exact same thing. Congratulations, that is so awesome.
  10. No problem, it is one of my favorite articles, and this forum is for sharing information that may help others on their journey. It pops up on here every so often.

Wow, your attitude is awesome. Congrats on losing so much weight already before surgery and getting your date. Welcome to the forum!
  12. I definitely second bombardier's comment. Call your insurance and find out for yourself, you don't want to hear a denial for surgery just because you didn't know.
  13. After all the trauma, I am so glad to see a post like this. You are looking GREAT! Congrats on the amazing weight loss!
  14. Congrats on your new sleeve. The song is very fitting. I wish you a lot of luck on your journey, and welcome to the forum!
  15. Lol, that sounds like a mind trip. You poor thing, I don't know how you stand it.
  16. That is a nice NSV. Congrats!
  17. That is awesome. I hope to be in the same place in three months time. Congrats on getting everything submitted. Good luck!

Aw, is it even worth it if you are drinking an MGD 64? That is the most watered down beer ever.
  21. You look great! Congrats on your fabulous weight loss.
  22. I hope you hear something soon. I will be crossing my fingers for you that you get an approval. Good luck and welcome to the forum! This is a great place to ask questions and find support, so ever be afraid to ask questions.
  23. I personally called my insurance to verify my benefits and was then referred to a bariatric coordinator who also confirmed the requirements for surgery who then referred me to my nurse case manager who also verified the information. At this point, I am 100% sure they REALLY want the 6MSWL. Also, Novus Center who I work with as a part of Dr. Webb's (my surgeon) practice has also confirmed the information for me.
  24. Lol, I am in my pre-op 6MSWL, and I know my boyfriend and mother are both sick of hearing about it already. And I even still have three months to go before I can get approval! I just come here and read through the postings and talk with other pre-sleevers, and I get to talk about it as much as I want. I mean, everyone here is on the same journey.
  25. That is amazing. Congrats, you are doing so great.
