  1. I like the smaller plate. I didn't even notice how much I was eating until I tried to fit my normal portion on the plate. It is an eye opener. Congrats on starting your journey. I am glad your meeting with the surgeon went well. I would never want to have someone cutting into me I didn't get good vibes from.

  7. I was the same way when I started the low carb diet. I was vegetarian for a very long time, and I had a really hard time getting my protein in. I am much more aware of what I am eating now and I can't wait until my next weigh in at my PCP to see how I am doing!
