I Need Your Help!

Hello All!

I was just recently chosen as 1 of 10 finalists in a free weight loss surgery contest. The winner will be determined by who gets the most votes. If I win, I have decided to go with the vertical sleeve. The surgeon is Dr. David Kim in Colleyville, TX. I'm nervous and excited all at the same time. Has anyone used Dr. Kim and if so how was your experience?
