How do I get that measureing tape on my profile

Hi,

I see that some of you have a measuring tape of sorts that shows ur weight loss progress....Can anyone tell me how do I get one. I've tried to figure it all out, but i dont see it anywhere.

Please help me if ur able. I think it's called a ticker....and how do i get one on my page/profile?
