4 and half weeks ago. I’m in the soft food phase and feel like I can drink water same as always ( the only day I felt I had to sip was the first two days after surgery). I need to constantly remind myself to not gulp water, but a bit concerned that I can gulp water. Today, I think I ate too much , but find it weird that I only stop eating because I know I should versus feeling full: am: pure protein 6 am protein shake and at 6:30 about half of a Greek yogurt /lunch out with dad :half of a tuna melt without the bread, heavy cheese ... I felt like I could’ve ate more/dinner at 6:O0=4 ounce creamy soup/ 7: 00=sugar free popsicle (30 calories )/8:00=cappuccino popsicle (40 calories

    Skytu Scans (at Crunch Fitness)

I am considering a move from LA Fitness to crunch Fitness. CF has Skytu scans. Anyone with experience with these body scanners, especially as used by Crunch Fitness? Sent from my ONEPLUS A6013 using BariatricPal mobile app

    Weight loss and gain

No. Why should I? It's still statistics and a person is not number 1.256 in some study someone conducted but always an individual in the end. So if daily weighing drives one crazy, raises anxiety and obsessive behavior, it might be the more sensible decision to abstain from daily weighing as long as they're satisfied with the results.

First date in 2 years! 😩

So I’m a month out from my revision today! Losing very slowwwwly... I’m looking for some advice, so I’m on purée foods and I got asked on a date for tomorrow! I really like this guy but he has no idea of my revision, I do want to go on this date and I asked him to send me the name of the restaurant so I could scope out the menu... besides soup there was only one other thing that I think would be ok for me to eat, it’s Tilapia in coconut sauce with white rice... I’m thinking of skipping the sauce and asking for mashed potatoes in replacement for the rice. Any thoughts? I’m nervous and kinda want to cancel... I asked to just go to the movies lol but he is not having it...

    Week 3 Post VSG Troubles

Now that I know how to use this I can respond properly haha. So ya I have a cuff at home. It was low, and now it’s back to slightly high. Which was normal for me. It’s been fluctuating to say the least so yes I will be sure to report back here Tuesday. I’m glad to hear tho. I think it may be ketosis since I haven’t had any sugar or carbs in time now and my body needs to get energy from fat now. The reason I think it may be that is because bad breath on top of being fatigue and week is part of signs of ketosis. It will go away it says but it’s been a full 2 weeks of feeling this now so I hope it’s something else where I can fix it on spot haha. Thank you so much

    Taste Change?

I was never a person with a sweet tooth (I preferred salty things more), but now I find that I more easily gravitate towards the sweet stuff. However, this only seemed to happen when I introduced sweetness into my diet. During weight loss phase I was still pretty ambivalent towards dessert, but since going into maintenance and allowing myself some, I actually think I want it more. 🤷🏼‍♀️

    Liver cleanse weight loss

Well that's a vague question. Every one had different amount of days. Different rules and calories allowed. I did my own diet total of 9 weeks with surgery tomorrow I've lost 64lbs that's roughly 7lbs a week mostly shakes & no sugar. No junk. NO cheating. Low calories low carbs!! (some tuna or veg or fruit) It all comes down to how strict you are through out that process and of course you have to continue to work hard post op!

    Panniculectomy?

My daughter had this done, she had to go home with drains and the recovery was more lengthy than she anticipated. She was happy she had it done. In particular it was easier to find clothes to fit well.
