    Easter epic fail...

Relax at least you admitted it. There are lots of critics on here that will tell you how bad you were. Bottom line just get right back on plan. I've slipped and was criticized for eating three marshmallows peeps

    Didn't notice my weight loss

I've been getting lots of compliments on how I look now and how I'm doing a great job on my weight loss but I haven't noticed it. The other day I decided to take some side by side photos and it wasn't until then that I noticed it. Just wondering do anyone else feel the same way?!!!

Gallbladder? You're still early out. Get it checked before it's too serious

    Pre op weight loss stall

Thanks! My cycle is going to happen in 3wks, and as for the sodium, I'm not a fan of salt so that will be minimal. I weighted myself again today and the scale kept going up, then down, then up again. I'm planning on just having a shake for breakfast, dinner and a light lunch and see if anything budges. I'm just sad since I have my pre op consult tomorrow and wanted to be writhing 5lbs of my goal. I usually drink between 90 to 140 oz of water daily. Soooo I dnt know what could be it! But I'll def. look into your recommendations!

    Easter epic fail...

OK, let me be blunt. Build a bridge and get over it. Get back on track and try not to do it again.

    Pre op weight loss stall

I don't necessarily have any tips for you but I'm in the exact same boat. I'm supposed to lose a certain amount before my pre op appointment May 12 and I've been doing everything right yet I've remained stuck right around the same weight for over a week. I guess under regular circumstances that would be a fairly normal weight loss plateau but I'm on a deadline here. These last five pounds are killing me. It's so stressful and frustrating!

My surgeon cleared me for sex at 4 weeks post-op. My husband is also losing weight along with me although he's doing it by not eating certain foods (no wheat, dairy, sugar or soy). We've been married over 10 years and together over 13 and our sex life is better than ever. He has much more of a drive than I do and sometimes I'm just too tired but once we get going, I'm all into it! Losing weight has allowed both of us to be more "flexible" as we explore different positions. No complaints here

    Awful 3-Week Stall

I stall roughly every 3 weeks, but then I will see a 2-5 lb. loss. I have started to notice that my body likes to stall at old set points. I'm really looking forward to 197 😁

I 2nd guessed myself too like 3 days before. I had someone tell me well you've lost 20lbs doing a liquid diet. Why can't you just keep doing that. People that haven't battled with weight don't get it. I just dismissed what they said, although it was very hard not to reply back with a smart mouth remark. I was a tad moody on the liquid only diet for 2 weeks. I had surgery Thursday and had a WTH did I do moment the day after and another one yesterday but everyone I know that's had this surgery has said it's rough but you will get through it. It just takes time. I'm doing better today then I was yesterday and yesterday day was better than the 2nd day. Just take it slow. Good luck and speedy recovery.
