    Post Op Sex

This question โ€œcomes upโ€ all the time. I think the best response I have read is that generally they prefer you to wait until you are home from hospital

Take advantage of your โ€œhoneymoonโ€ period. It gets much harder to lose or set healthy eating habits once it ends.

    Let the shopping begin!

Yeahhhh, lmao. My brain is fried from the holiday season and my husband refuses to wear anything of the sort, so sweatpants didn't even cross my mind. ๐Ÿ˜‚ I guess I'm thinking more along the lines of office wear or things to wear out that don't look quite as casual. I have so many leggings that would pass as acceptable at the office, do men have an alternative like that? There probably is, if I'm being honest, I'm pretty clueless about fashion.

    Am I losing my mind...

Treading lightly here because I don't know where you stand culturally\religiously BUT If I'm being honest the things I highlighted leap out to me as very controlling. Now that control is being lost you may begin to see a whole host of issues arise- none of which are your fault or can be fixed by you. My advice is to carefully and calmly watch while continuing on your path of health and happiness. The rest will end up as it should. Good Luck ๐Ÿ’š

    Side by Side Saturday!!

I'm having neck envy and those collarbones ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜. You look like your own daughter in your after picture and the mother in the before picture. Beautiful in both, radiant in the after and much younger. Everyone looks amazing and inspiring to the journey ahead. Thank you all for sharing and inspiring us to push through.

This is an individual sport. Don't worry about how much other people are losing or at what rate. Stick to your plan as much as you can and forgive yourself if you make an error. If you do make an error, go right back on your plan. You may need to track or tracking may make things harder You may want to weigh yourself daily or you may find it frustrating You may hate working out or find out you actually love something you have never tried before People will probably treat you differently and some of your relationships may change You may want to keep your surgery a secret or you may want to start a blog about it You did this for yourself, and you're in charge. Reading about other people's experiences is helpful, but ultimately your experience will be your own. Enjoy the fun things along the journey like fitting into smaller sizes. There really is no final goal, this is a lifelong journey with ups and downs.

    Not feeling full

I can feel hunger when hungry, but I don't get the "I'm full" feeling yet .. is this normal? So I eat really really small amounts in fear of "overeating " . Eating small is required anyways, but I really eat small because when I eat, I don't get the full sensation.. [emoji849]๐Ÿคฆ[emoji848] Sent from my moto g(7) supra using BariatricPal mobile app

    Married with WLS

It really depends... Some partners like their spouse to stay big so they don't get any attention from other people and they may start to feel threatened once you start to lose weight..
