You've just been through a very major surgery. Be kind to yourself. Do you have an elastic exercise band at home? You could do some stretching and upper-body stuff if you're worried about your leg until you get it tested. Don't be too hard on yourself.

    Plateau since month 6

I've been stuck at the same weight for about 5-6 months. I'll gain about 5 pounds then right back down. I know I mess up my eating sometimes, well a lot. But, I've been going to the gym now and eating less with no change. I thought it was just me

    Worried Surgeon will disapprove me

The Specialist I saw at the ER was called before I got there by my Opthamologist in my home town, so he had a pretty good idea what was going on. He did a lot of testing before he even sent me to St. Louis. I am hoping too that this may make me a better candidate, but there is always that chance the surgeon will see it differently. The hospital they sent me to in St. Louis is affiliated with where my surgeon is located, so he may know about what happened before I can tell him, so keep your finger's crossed for me. Thank you Everythinganna for the support! 😃

I'm at a loss if you have tried both calorie ranges and hit your macros consistently with no different results. I understand the frustration. What has been you average calories for Jan 26th to feb 1st ? Your gaining and losing the same 4 pounds for 6 months, sounds like you are consistently eating your maintaining calories. Goto you average calories tab. Can you post it like your chart above ? Your chart says you average more fats than protein are you doing keto? Either do keto or low carb consistently.

I had my sleeve done the day after you, and I am experiencing the same gas issue, but mine hasn't come out at all. It's causing some not so nice pains in the gut! Did you try taking gas-x? Sent from my SM-G930T using BariatricPal mobile app

    19 lbs. To go!!!

I just can't reiterate enough on how glad I am that I decided to have surgery[emoji847]!!! My journey started in June of 2017, that's when I decided to go with the gastric bypass. I had to wait for a whole year before I actually had surgery, due to not being able to keep my weight down🤷🏾‍♀️. I finally had surgery in June 2018 and it has been the best decision I could have made to regain control of my body and my life. I thought it would take close to a year, to get near my goal weight. However, to my amazement i'm only 19 lbs., away from my goal weight now[emoji1495]‍♀️!!! Since my journey began up until now, I have lost 113 lbs.! I have noticed that my metabolism has sped up and I now have to have about 5 small meals through the day. My food digest's really fast now and i'm okay with that. I'm so happy that I can be active and do things that I haven't done in many years. It feels awesome to go shopping and not[emoji1496]‍♀️ have to go in the plus sized(goodbye size 26) section anymore (Hello size 10)[emoji1494]!!! RNYGB: 6/25/2018 HW: 297 LBS. SW: 246 LBS. CW: 184 LBS. GW: 165 LBS.
