    Abdominal Binder & Pain?

My incision pain went away around 4.5 weeks. The largest incision where the surgeon worked from was the one that lasted so long; like yours. i didn’t use a binder. But if you feel like it’ll help you, go for it

    Abdominal Binder & Pain?

Im 6 days post op and Im wearing mine everywhere. To bed, when I wake up, I literally have it on at all times. My left side is the main side the work was done on and I can tell a major difference in pain when I don't have it on. Ive linked this previous but this is one I bought, LOVE IT! Its thicker in width and length so it covers the entire area pretty well. Several sizes. https://www.amazon.com/BraceAbility-Bariatric-Abdominal-Compression-Circumference/dp/B00QLYZ1DK/ref=sr_1_3_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1533334829&sr=8-3&keywords=braceability%2B3x&th=1

YES 🙌🙌🙌 preach. I’m in camp 3. They are not the best but I can stomach all the flavors, so if it helps me meet my goals, bring it.

@AshAsh1 I’m def holding tight, I just wanted to see if there were other ppl who’s “been there, done that” could share their experiences with seafood.

    Seafood

I ate salmon at about 4 weeks post op, shrimp at 8 weeks, and other fish closer to 10 weeks. I wouldn't say any seafood is off limits for me now, depending on the preparation. I'd just recommend be patient and all those things can be integrated back in a couple months. It can take up to 3 months for your stomach to fully heal. I'd recommend treating it like a new born baby.

The simplest answer is to ask the professionals who created your new digestive system and eating plan.

I absolutely cannot stand Premiere or any of the other ready made ones. Thank God that my BFF turned me onto IsAGenics (IsAlean Shake). It’s a powder whey protein meal replacement. I like the Dutch Chocolate flavor. Along with the purchase of an Isablender or any kind of good blender, ice, and water, you get what tastes like a milk shake. It has 24 grams protein and is a little higher in calories, but it really is a meal replacement and tastes delicious. I add a little sweetener to mine. You don’t have to though. You can order this and the blender on Amazon. It has no aftertaste or protein taste. It’s far superior to anything I’ve tried.

    Hot flash after food

I feel like that every time I eat. I do not feel sick or anything. I lay down to rest for 15 to 30 minutes then I feel fine. I wonder if my body is just working hard to digest.
