I had RNY on March 8, 2017. This was the best day of my life. The photos are of me at my highest weight of 330 and my current weight of 231. Every day has been a struggle but I'm doing it. I have my eye on the prize. Onederland here I come. I haven't been there since the 90's. HW 330 SW 292 CW 231 GW- under 200 lbs. I'll let you know when I get there. Pre op

I had surgery three weeks ago and have been hungry since day 1. I get full fast but have no trouble getting everything in. It worries me a little but I'm not eating anything dense yet. Im sure I'll feel restriction then. It's pretty impossible to know which camp you'll fall into post op. You just have to wait and see.

Yep. I did it in Mexico

I went to Mexico also, I was sleeved on 6/1. My experience was similar, but no roommate and my daughter went with me. I went to Florence Direct Care, with Dr. Camelo, where did you go for surgery? If it wasn't for the roommate and your food afterwards, our experiences sounds the same lol.. Too Much?

I'd say so. Soft stuff, well chewed seems to slide through a sleeve..guess it does a pouch as well. I was about 5 weeks out and shocked when I ate 8 oz of potato soup. Taught me to measure first

    Too Much?

The nerves in your stomach may not have healed back from surgery, which means you wouldn't have full feeling yet. This is also means you couldn't accidentally hurt your still-healing stomach. I would just move past it and make sure you don't do anything like it again. [emoji4]
