I use the tools on the lapband site. They are all user friendly, and then all of your information is one one place, like your weight history, exercise log, food log, etc..

i use fitday.com...it's free. i can add my foods that i eat and track my weight. it has great charts to analyze the percentage of calories from fat, carbs, and protein as well as charts that show how you are progressing in your weight loss as well as telling you how much you should be losing per week to achieve your goal weight by a certain date.

I use fitday as well. It offers a lot of great tools. You can see graphs and progress of your nutrition, weight, exercise and add stuff if its not in their database.
