How many to go until you reach 100lbs lost

hi july banders

just felt we needed another check in type thread. if 100lbs is too high for you right now then how close are you to 50lbs lost, 75lbs lost.

im 40lbs from 100lbs lost. i've decided to up my workouts by an hour. i'd really like to hit it by the end of Feb. i know thats agressive but it helps to keep me focused. any pounds lost is a gain to me.

I'm 27 lbs from hitting the 100lbs lost since surgery....only 10.4 lbs from hitting 100 lbs lost from my highest recorded weight.

I'm getting there by the grace of God :bored:
